I ordered 2 of the lingerie items from the catalog and from the time I placed the order till the time the package arrived, Ilovelingerie has been constantly notifying me of the transit etc and any questions i had concerning the process were replied in timely manner via email. So that alone spells great sales and customer service. My experience was flawless. The quality of the products are definitely worth the prices. I will definitely continue purchasing from them. Can't wait for the Christmas Collection
